Responsibilities
Reporting on site costing metrics to support the site with improving focus on variance analysis and challenging overspends
Analyze material costing data to help provide understanding of cost breakdowns and offer recommendations for opportunities to reduce costs
Contribute to the rate development process and updates
Lead the annual standard costing processes
Work collaboratively with the business to develop pricing for OE and aftermarket proposals
Follow accounting policies and procedures and control processes to ensure work is completed to defined standard
Frequent interaction with various functions and multiple levels of the organization will be needed, so the successful candidate must possess strong presentation, communication, and professional skills
Analyze and understand data quickly to make informed business decisions

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field
3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles
Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
Advanced Excel skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Experience in Aerospace

Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience
