Responsibilities
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for manufacturing programs
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders
Implement quality control processes to ensure products meet industry standards and customer requirements
Identify opportunities for process improvements in metal stamping and fabrication operations
Manage resources effectively, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to meet production goals
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Program Manager in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of metal stamping, fabrication, and industrial production processes
Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with quality control methodologies and standards in manufacturing
For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field would be nice to have
