Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning
Draft and review complex estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives
Design and implement advanced estate planning and wealth transfer structures
Counsel clients on tax-efficient strategies for asset protection and intergenerational wealth planning
Coordinate closely with financial advisors, accountants, and other professional advisors
Review and update existing estate plans to reflect changes in tax law and client circumstances
Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to practice and business development initiatives
Qualification
Required
Approximately 14 years of experience in estate and tax planning
Extensive background representing high-net-worth individuals and families
Strong command of federal and state tax laws impacting estate and wealth planning
Ability to independently manage complex client matters from strategy through execution
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active New York Bar admission in good standing
