Examine documents, materials, and products to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards
Review production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine material and personnel requirements and set priorities
Record production data, including output volumes, raw material usage, and quality control measures
Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies to meet production demands
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Effective problem-solving abilities
Strong interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration
Ability to analyze costs related to labor and materials
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of shipping and production regulations
Preferred
Education in supply chain or logistics preferred
1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service
