Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, follow-up, and benefits administration processes
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients across diverse channels, including telemarketing and retail sales
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining ongoing communication with clients
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive client information, maintaining confidentiality at all times
