Responsibilities
Attend court hearings, conduct legal research, and offer expert legal advice
Maintain organized files to facilitate seamless collaboration among team members
Analyze legal conflicts, strategize solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients
Draft a variety of legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Facilitate efficient communication among team members and clients
Oversee and manage billable hours, ensuring accountability and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the Texas Bar
Minimum of 4 years of experience in family law cases in Texas (non-negotiable)
Evidence of valid Driver's License and automobile insurance
Proficiency in tracking billable hours and utilizing technology effectively
Strong multitasking abilities and resilience under pressure
Attention to detail, reliability, and dependability
Problem-solving skills and a commitment to Results-oriented outcomes
Preferred
Prior management experience or similar leadership roles preferred
Fast internet connection and a suitable work environment for remote work
