Responsibilities

Greet every client with warmth, energy, and professionalism
Manage check-ins, scheduling, and basic admin tasks
Educate clients on memberships, classes, personal training, recovery services, and retail
Confidently sell memberships, packages, and add-on services
Build rapport with new and existing members to foster community
Support social media or in-studio promotions (content ideas, events, campaigns)
Anticipate client needs and resolve issues before they become problems
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and on-brand front desk environment
Communicate client feedback and insights to the team
