Contact Center Agent
ApTask is a leading global provider of workforce solutions and talent acquisition services. They are seeking a Contact Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound inquiries from claimants, providing professional customer support through various communication channels.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner
Provide information and resolve inquiries using internal systems and resources
Escalate complex cases to the research team as appropriate
Document all interactions accurately and thoroughly
Support email, chat, and callback queues as assigned
Complete administrative tasks as required
Participate in additional projects as directed by supervisors
Qualification
Required
Prior call center or high-volume customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced and occasionally high-stress environment
Reliable and punctual; must adhere to assigned work schedule
Must be able to sit at a workstation for extended periods
English fluency required (spoken and written)
