Responsibilities
Execute creator commerce initiatives tied to launches, promotions, and seasonal moments
Identify and support creators with strong commerce potential
Optimize creator content for performance and scalability
Operate within affiliate and creator commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Associates, Impact, LTK)
Monitor links, commissions, and performance trends
Flag high-performing content and opportunities for amplification
Track performance across clicks, conversion, and revenue influence
Maintain reporting that demonstrates business impact
Share insights to inform future creator, content, and commerce strategies
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social commerce, affiliate marketing, or performance partnerships
Comfortable executing in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments
Strong attention to detail with a performance mindset
Data-curious and eager to learn what drives conversion
Passionate about creators, culture, and commerce
