Responsibilities
Maintain detailed ARR, retention, and renewals analysis, with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity
Perform in-depth churn and downsell tracking, including maintaining a database of loss reasons
Analyze retention and renewals performance across multiple categories including Industry vertical, Geography/region, Customer size
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting using PowerBI to monitor ARR, retention, and renewals trends
Support renewals reporting including forecasting, trend analysis, and performance tracking
Qualification
Preferred
Experience as a financial analyst with a SaaS business with experience with ARR, retention, churn, and renewal metrics
Proven experience with Alteryx and PowerBI
Advanced analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams
