Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored rental solutions
Manage store operations efficiently, including inventory control, merchandising, and maintenance of store standards
Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
