Supply Chain Planner

Responsibilities

Develop and manage daily, weekly, and long-term production schedules
Plan and coordinate raw material availability in alignment with production needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, quality, operations, and sales to ensure alignment on supply planning
Train and support team members to ensure adherence to planning best practices and standards
Maintain inventory levels in accordance with Min/Max policies and service level expectations
Manage and adapt to organizational change in a dynamic environment
Apply commercial and supply chain knowledge to improve efficiency and responsiveness
Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes
Use analytical skills to support decision-making and problem resolution
Ensure strong customer service through effective communication and responsiveness

Required

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered
Experience with production and raw material planning
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures
Financial and commercial acumen
Coaching and team development skills
Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
Flexible and open-minded approach to challenges and change

Experience with SAP or other MRP systems preferred
