Responsibilities

Own a complex, fast-moving calendar with heavy internal/external stakeholder volume, prioritizing time like a business operator

Coordinate domestic + international travel with precision (multi-leg itineraries, last-minute pivots, VIP-level execution)

Serve as a strategic gatekeeper, managing workflow, meeting prep, agendas, and follow-ups to keep decisions moving forward

Draft and refine executive-facing communications and materials (notes, decks, briefings) with exceptional polish and discretion

Partner closely with cross-functional internal leaders (Ops, Finance, Legal, People) to ensure seamless coordination and execution across priorities
