Responsibilities
Represent regional and national clients across a range of commercial real estate transactions
Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and lease agreements
Lead title and survey review, diligence, and closing processes
Work closely with a seasoned team advising on acquisition, disposition, financing, and development matters
Be part of an office focused on real estate, corporate, healthcare, and private client services
Qualification
Required
5+ years
JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials
5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience in a large firm environment
Comfortable running deals independently from start to finish
Admitted to the Florida Bar (or in good standing elsewhere and willing to sit for FL)
Strong drafting skills and a detail-oriented, business-minded approach
