Responsibilities
Working within our high-performing sales team, this is an exciting opportunity for a confident, results-driven Business Development Representative who loves sales and thrives on building relationships
You’ll be on the phone connecting with corporate clients, introducing Premium Health’s market-leading training solutions and opening doors to new opportunities
Using your natural sales flair and communication skills, you’ll generate leads, book appointments, and convert conversations into long-term partnerships
This is a telephone-based role involving both warm and cold outbound calls, ideal for someone who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen
Your focus will be on growing our client base, increasing market share, and driving revenue across first aid, health care, and mental health training
Qualification
Required
Experience in outbound sales
Experience in lead generation
Experience in appointment setting
Self-motivated 'go-getter'
Enjoys targets
Understands performance metrics
Takes pride in achieving (and exceeding) targets
Preferred
Experience in a telephone-based sales role
Experience in corporate client engagement
