Cold Outreach Intern
Handy Banjo is a global company dedicated to simplifying the hiring process for in-person services. The Cold Outreach Intern will support the Sales Department by executing outbound communication initiatives to engage prospective clients and secure qualified appointments for the sales team.

Responsibilities
This role is about talking to people, setting appointments, and learning how real sales work. You’ll be on calls daily, following a script, handling objections, and booking meetings for the core team
Make outbound cold calls to leads provided by the team
Introduce Handy Banjo clearly in 30–60 seconds
Qualify interest using simple questions
Book appointments and demos for the sales team
Update call outcomes in CRM / Google Sheets
Follow call scripts and improve based on feedback
Hit daily call and appointment targets
Qualification
Required
Pursuing or recently completed graduation or post-graduation in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Available at least 3 hours per day (5 Days a Week) for a tenure of 90 Days
Clear spoken US English
Comfortable talking to strangers on the phone
Willingness to make 50–100 calls/day
Basic discipline: showing up on time, daily follow-ups
Ability to take feedback without ego
No prior sales experience required
