Assistant Branch Manager

Participate in weekly check-ins with team members to support their performance and proactively remove any obstacles hindering their progress
Foster a supportive team environment that emphasizes continuous professional development, growth and collaborative success
Ensure daily operations are executed in compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards
Engage directly in training activities, including demonstrating sales techniques and navigating complex member scenarios
Address member comments and complaints autonomously, ensuring timely and thoughtful resolution
Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions to continuously improve service quality
Observe role-play exercises, offering constructive feedback and celebrating progress
Communicate updates and insights with other branch managers to ensure consistency and support across locations
