Demonstrate drafting, writing, and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
Manage strong deal experience in M&A, joint ventures, and/or securities offerings
Participate in a practice that values mentorship and career development
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in general corporate transactional work
Strong deal experience in M&A, joint ventures, and/or securities offerings
Excellent academic credentials and a JD from an accredited U.S. law school
Demonstrated drafting, writing, and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple matters and interact effectively with clients and colleagues
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S
Preferred
Admission to the California Bar preferred
While private equity and finance experience is a plus, it is not a prerequisite
