Train & Fine-Tune AI Models: Bring retail expertise to model development, ensuring accurate understanding of industry terms, workflows, and customer behavior

Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with AI engineers, analysts, and product leaders to align AI capabilities with retail business goals
Evaluate & Improve Models: Assess AI outputs for accuracy and reasoning, providing ongoing feedback for improvement
Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with new retail and AI innovations to help evolve our solutions
Qualification
Required
7–12 years in Retail Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or E-Commerce
Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or related fields
Strong analytical and communication abilities
Familiarity with systems like ERP, POS, CRM, or inventory tools
Preferred
Experience in AI/ML, data annotation, or model evaluation
