They are seeking a Research Intern to support their Research Team in investment analysis, reporting, and manager documentation, focusing on traditional asset classes and providing administrative and operational support.

Responsibilities

Assist with scheduling meetings and conference calls with asset management contacts

Communicate with mutual fund, hedge fund, and corporate representatives as needed

Present information and respond to questions from managers, advisors, and clients

Collaborate with internal and external advisors to support ongoing initiatives

Provide administrative support to the Asset Management group

Perform data entry, scanning, organization, and maintenance of electronic files

Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information in Outlook and internal CRM systems

Ensure organized, consistent records across multiple databases

Assist in producing research-related documents, reports, and materials

Support special projects and complete additional tasks as assigned

Required

Currently enrolled in a four-year college or university and on track to earn a BA/BS within the next 12 months

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to think analytically, both qualitatively and quantitatively

Basic knowledge of research methods

Ability to interpret financial reports, technical journals, business periodicals, and regulatory documents

Preferred

General office experience preferred but not required
