Responsibilities
Develop and implement scalable solutions leveraging automation and intelligence
Perform in-depth data analysis and identify commonality, themes and root cause mitigation strategies
Establish feedback loops across security programs leveraging data and insights
Proactively identify and resolve challenges and issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, business, and technical goals
Understand Business Information Security Risk and provide insights for resource prioritization
Develop and manage technical requirements for various security needs, ensuring the appropriate solutions are aligned to those requirements
Establish regular reporting mechanisms for measuring compliance and performance of Management projects
Work with security engineers and others to develop technical risk mitigation strategies and approaches
Understand and manage cross-functional requirements to translate them into an optimal solution. Be comfortable with hands-on day-to-day problem solving and implementing quick and effective action plans to meet short- and long-term priorities
Qualification
Required
5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
2+ years of technical product or program management experience
3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience in system design
Preferred
3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
