Sr. Network Operations Planning Technology Consultant

Responsibilities
Lead and execute the research and analysis of trends, the development of new strategies, processes, tools and reports
Mentor other Team members and help develop Analysts and Consultants within and outside the Team
Directly involved in understanding, improving and sharing available data sets with other teams within the business
Leverage Team’s technology skills (SQL, Alteryx, Python, R, Tableau, Big Data Concepts) and business knowledge to provide answers to business requests
Transform raw data into easily understood, presentable, and actionable findings
Lead the development and improvement of models and process including supporting their downline implementation
Facilitate and share technical guidance on principles and topics to groups around the business
Conducts analysis using optimization and other available tools to create and compare scenarios, offering insights into how different ideas perform
Drive cross-departmental improvements for processes, staffing, schedule design, and irregular operations preparedness and management
Handle and manage multiple concurrent projects assigned to the team

Qualification
Required
U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. required and no current or future work authorization sponsorship available
High School Diploma or GED
Expert-level experience, expansive and far reaching knowledge in solving complex problems and driving multiple stakeholders towards implementable solutions
Expert-level experience, expansive and far reaching knowledge in leading programs that can span multiple work groups and/or departments
Ability to perform work duties from limited space work station/desk/office area for extended periods of time
Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
Must be able to work extended hours based on department needs
Preferred
Familiarity with the aviation industry and airline operations
