Lead Generation Representative

Auxillium USA is seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Representative to join their team. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and supporting the marketing and business operations departments to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target markets
Data mine lead sources for new contacts and transfer them to CRM platforms
Utilize warm calling, telemarketing, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other business social platforms to identify new leads and schedule discovery meetings
Engage with prospects to understand business needs and effectively communicate the value of Auxillium’s services
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule appointments for the leadership team
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through consistent follow-up and relationship building
Partner closely with the leadership team to develop and refine lead generation and conversion strategies
Work collaboratively as a key team member supporting the President and broader business development goals
Perform CRM database management, including data entry, integration, and ensuring data integrity
Track and report on lead generation activities, including conversion rates, pipeline metrics, and sales opportunities
Assist with the creation of email campaigns and other outreach efforts
Build and expand Auxillium’s presence across business social media profiles
Raise community awareness about Auxillium products and services
Support other ad-hoc needs as required

Required

Have proven experience in inside sales or lead generation, preferably in a customer service, technology or technical sales environment
Possess strong sales, business development, marketing skills with the ability to keep leads engaged and interested in our services
Have proficiency in English, and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrate the ability to effectively market products and services to potential customers
Be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Be self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Have general intellectual curiosity (a positive approach with a healthy skepticism)
Knowledge of the business process outsourcing industry is highly desirable
Microsoft proficient; must know MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
