Responsibilities

Execute strategic outbound campaigns via cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach while maintaining an organized pipeline and consistently hitting monthly meeting/opportunity targets
Ensure high-quality lead qualification and smooth handoffs to Growth Leads
Own top-of-funnel follow-up and ensure continuous outbound momentum
Replenish pipeline through conference lists, lead uploads, and targeted research
Serve as our HubSpot administrator, maintaining clean and accurate data
Build and optimize workflows, sequences, and sales automation
Create dashboards and reports to track pipeline health and team performance
Train team members on HubSpot best practices and support ad-hoc CRM needs
Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies
Support conference-related spikes in lead volume
Create and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other channels
Track engagement and adjust content strategy based on performance
Support creative campaigns, product announcements, and customer stories
Monitor / post to social channels, respond to inbound engagement

Required

2-3 years of experience as an enterprise SDR
Experience in outbound sales execution
Experience with marketing enablement
Experience with CRM operations, specifically HubSpot
Ability to execute strategic outbound campaigns via cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach
Ability to maintain an organized pipeline and consistently hit monthly meeting/opportunity targets
High-quality lead qualification skills
Ability to own top-of-funnel follow-up and ensure continuous outbound momentum
Experience in replenishing pipeline through conference lists, lead uploads, and targeted research
Ability to serve as a HubSpot administrator and maintain clean and accurate data
