Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate collaboration, licensing, partnering, and commercial agreements for companies at all stages, including emerging company/venture capital clients
Advise technology companies on product strategy, development, and market positioning
Assist with IP and technology aspects of M&A transactions and venture capital financings
Conduct research and provide analysis across technologies such as AI, fintech, autonomous vehicles, edtech, renewable energy, AR/VR, cybersecurity, biotechnology, and digital health
Qualification
Required
2+ years of legal experience in IP and technology transactions
Strong interest in technology transactions for M&A and emerging company/venture capital clients
Excellent research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills
JD required and admission to the state bar of the office location
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
