Responsibilities
Coordinating and organizing the work focused on the needs of our client in Latam
Supporting the internal client
Identifying training, upgrading or retraining needs in order to maintain technical competencies
Facilitate the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the process followed by the team
User GAP analysis, definition, development
Manage multiple projects and requests concurrently, each at various stages and with their own stakeholders and technologies, being able to successfully follow their requirements and deadlines
Qualification
Required
5 years of experience in software development projects
Have training or certification in project management or Agile methodologies (Lean certifications)
Fluent in English (Required)
Experience with back technologies: Java, Spring Boot, Spring Webflux, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, Spring Data/JPA, Hibernate
Ability to analyze SW components and able to modify SW in case it is required
Experience in financial products (FX, FI, Rates) and technology, especially in the Wholesale Banking area
Experience with Angular and Front Technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Jquery)
Self-organized work attitude and excellent time-management skills
Highly analytical profile and ability to know the detail
