Director/ExecutiveO₂ AI is building an AI-native enterprise platform for the global Semiconductor & Electronics Supply Chain, focusing on turning fragmented workflows into streamlined automation. They are seeking a hands-on builder to lead end-to-end product engineering, ship core features, and improve the reliability and scalability of their SaaS platform and AI workflows.

Responsibilities
Own and lead full product execution: spec → build → release → iterate
Design & build AI agents and LLM workflows: context engineering, retrieval (RAG), tool/function calling, safety guardrails
Ship enterprise-grade SaaS features: auth, RBAC/permissions, data models, auditability, workflow systems
Build and evolve backend services + data layers: APIs, SQL schema/migrations, performance optimization
Drive quality and velocity: testing, observability, performance, security basics
Deploy and operate production systems: Docker, CI/CD, cloud services, reliability mindset
Qualification
Required
Strong full-stack background; you've shipped and operated real SaaS products (enterprise SaaS a plus)
Rapid prototyping / 0→1 execution: you turn abstract ideas into working demos in days, not weeks
Proven agentic experience: shipped AI agents or complex LLM workflows; you understand tool-use, multi-step reasoning, and evaluation
Solid React + TypeScript; you care about UX polish and maintainable frontend architecture
Strong backend proficiency (Python and/or Node.js): scalable APIs, AI orchestration, data-heavy tasks
Comfortable with databases: SQL (PostgreSQL preferred) and NoSQL (MongoDB preferred); schema/indexing/query performance
Deep familiarity with context engineering: prompting patterns, retrieval, memory, eval, failure modes (MCP experience preferred)
Experience with OpenAI SDK / Google ADK / LangChain / LlamaIndex (or custom agent frameworks)
Highly proficient with AI dev tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) and can use them responsibly

Deployment/infra experience: Docker, servers, cloud
Solid security/ops hygiene in production environments
