Responsibilities
Play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service within a contractual framework
Inspire and guide our team of experts to deliver high-quality and reliable information technology services
Align our solutions perfectly with our customers' evolving business needs
Propose and implement tailored solutions that exceed customer expectations
Foster strong relationships with our customers and collaborate closely with our Delivery Partner
Create an environment that promotes innovation, collaboration, and customer success
Own the technical and managerial support for our field engineers, technicians, system administrators, subject matter experts, and product support personnel
Provide swift support to fix any issues that may arise in malfunctioning services, operations, software, or equipment
Collaborate with an exceptional team of Delivery Partners, Architects, and SREs to co-create, design, deploy, and maintain reliable, available, and future-proof systems and services
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience leading delivery teams and quality services to customers
Sound knowledge of Kyndryl competencies, managed platforms, IT services, technology vendors
Experience in leading teams through incident, problem and change management, as well as root cause analysis
Ability to partner with Delivery Partner(s) and work with SREs to generate positive customer outcomes
AIOps hands-on knowledge, automation and innovation-oriented mindset
Well versed for direct and constant interaction with the customer
Sympathetic and empowering delivery resource manager, fostering growth
Experience in Software and Hardware asset management
Hands-on experience of vulnerability management for end-user-computing (windows O/S) using Software packing and distribution tools
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL certifications
