Senior Electrical Engineer – Building Systems
Revolution Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support pharmaceutical and advanced facility projects in Indianapolis, IN. This role focuses on designing building electrical systems, supporting construction/startup, and mentoring junior engineers in a highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Design medium and low voltage building electrical systems
Produce designs for power, UPS/generators, lighting, grounding, fire alarm, security, PA, telecom, and heat trace
Be accountable for technical quality, scope, schedule, and deliverables
Coordinate with multi-discipline teams and discipline leads
Provide onsite support during startup
Support and mentor other engineers and designers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology
10+ years of experience designing building electrical systems
Strong knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC)
Experience working in multi-discipline project teams
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license or on path to obtain
Experience leading electrical engineers/designers
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Forward-thinking mindset and interest in best practices
