Employment litigation in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies
Class and collective wage and hour matters
Discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower claims
Restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and employee mobility issues
Day-to-day counseling on compliance, investigations, leave and accommodation issues, and workforce management
Qualification
Required
Have solid employment law experience (6+ years)
Are comfortable running matters and working directly with clients
Are thinking seriously about progression, whether to Counsel or Partner
At Partner level, may have a portable practice or be in the process of building one
