Facilities Maintenance Technician - 1st shift

Responsibilities
Conduct preventive maintenance on building systems
Handle repairs of equipment and systems
Operate critical building systems including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical equipment
Troubleshoot issues with building systems
Collaborate with team members to maintain operations
Maintain strict compliance with safety and quality standards
Qualification
Required
1 year of industrial maintenance experience, including hands-on equipment repair
Experience in HVAC systems, electrical work, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities for equipment and building systems
Experience with building automation systems (BMS) and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
Knowledge of cGMP standards and safety protocols
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and procedures
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management software
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Availability to work different shifts, weekends, and respond to emergency calls as needed
Valid driver's license required
Experience with industrial equipment such as chillers, boilers, and compressed air systems
Ability to perform preventive maintenance and maintain detailed documentation
Knowledge of calibration procedures and quality control standards
High School Diploma or GED required

Preferred Fields of Study: Technical field
EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification preferred
