Collaborate with experienced lawyers and assume increasing levels of responsibility and client interaction
Provide guidance to clients on regulatory and compliance issues, particularly in the corporate governance and securities law fields
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctorate (JD) required
Must be licensed to practice in the State of Washington
3-6 years of experience in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, contract drafting, and corporate governance
Strong academic record and excellent research and writing skills
Preferred
Experience with fund formation or regulatory work is a plus
