Responsibilities
Providing on-site training and technical setup for the Steel Projects PLM software solution
Remote installation for upcoming on-site training
Assisting customers with support-related questions via email and phone
Generating post-installation paperwork
Gathering customer feedback
Qualification
Required
Prior experience supporting external customers in a technical context
Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application
Spanish speaking
Associate's degree or higher
Good written and verbal communication skills
Drive for problem solving
Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
Computer aptitude
Use of Microsoft Office
Basic understanding of Microsoft SQL
Understanding of mechanical processes
Basic understanding of tooling (drill, milling, etc.)
A Passport and valid driver's license are required for the position
Preferred
Knowledge of CNC machining
Knowledge of the structural steel industry
