Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Compensation, Benefits, and Job Analysis Specialist to work on a contract basis. Evaluate AI responses for logical reasoning, accuracy, and alignment with real-world HR practices
Apply compensation benchmarking, job evaluation, and workforce analytics frameworks to AI training tasks
Ensure outputs reflect practical decision-making used in compensation and HR strategy roles
Collaborate asynchronously with research teams supporting AI model development
Qualification
Required
Strong years of full-time experience in compensation, benefits, or job analysis roles
Strong professional background in HR, total rewards, or workforce analytics
Excellent written communication and analytical reasoning skills
Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported)
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
