Responsibilities
Establish and manage PMO standards, methodologies, templates, KPIs, and reporting
Oversee the project portfolio to ensure prioritization, resource alignment, and strategic focus
Support and coach project managers on planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication
Deliver clear, standardized project reporting and dashboards for leadership
Implement and manage risk, issue, and escalation processes
Own and optimize PMO tools and systems (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
5–10+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years in PMO leadership or senior PM roles
Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies
Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or portfolios
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
