ECS Ltd is a leader in geotechnical, construction materials, environmental and facilities consulting services. They are seeking an Assistant Engineering Branch Manager to develop staff, manage engineering teams, and oversee client and business development efforts.

Responsibilities
Being a team builder with the ability to both bring in and do the work
Developing staff and getting our name out in the marketplace
Managing and mentoring of CMT/geotechnical engineering staff
Working with both construction materials testing (CMT) and geotechnical staff and projects
Senior level review and preparation of geotechnical reports
Client and business development, as well as assisting other staff in marketing our services

Qualification
Required
BS or MS degree in Civil Engineering – other similar engineering degrees considered if program is ABET accredited
10-15 years of technical and managerial experience
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
