Our company works exclusively with self-storage properties
We are looking for serious candidates with a good driving record, required tools, and experience
Experience in light electrical, carpentry, garage door repair and mechanical thinking are all a plus
Most of the repairs involve the function and security of self-storage facilities by maintaining working safety features such as large bay doors, unit doors, gates and lighting
You will be trained by a supervisor, and work with them on many jobs, however, working independently will be the goal
There will be larger projects that will require you to work with additional crew members and sub-contractors
