Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on estate planning matters
Draft and review estate plans, including wills, trusts, and other related documents
Assist clients in understanding and navigating complex estate and gift tax regulations
Develop personalized estate planning strategies for high net worth individuals
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in estate planning
Communicate effectively with clients to explain legal concepts and procedures
Collaborate with financial advisors and other professionals to implement estate plans
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning law
Strong understanding of estate and gift tax laws
Proficient in drafting estate planning documents
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Master of Laws (LLM) in Estate Planning or related field
Experience working with high net worth clients
