Qualification
Required
Former partners or very senior attorneys with 10+ years of experience
Background at a respected law firm with strong independent judgment
Ideally bringing a portable book of business (litigation-focused to start)
Comfortable operating in a lean, self-sufficient environment
California Bar admission required
Preferred
Ability to supplement your book with matters from other partners
Expertise in related areas such as corporate, IP, real estate, or tax
Alignment with either modest or ambitious growth goals, depending on business brought
