Technical Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions to client needs
Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
Travel up to 30% of the time to meet with partners, attend industry events, and support sales initiatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a technical or B2B environment
Proven experience managing or leading sales teams
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Preferred
Sales engineering experience or a strong technical background in solution selling
Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, product development, and marketing
Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with HubSpot is a plus
Experience with cybersecurity compliance frameworks such as CMMC, NIST, ISO, or HITRUST is a plus
