Global Exchange Academy (GlobalX) Programs Manager
Mid-Pacific’s Global Exchange Academy (GlobalX) is seeking a Programs Manager to influence the lives of students through a blended learning platform. The GlobalX Program Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing all GlobalX programs, ensuring high-quality delivery and coordination across various offerings.

Responsibilities
Ensuring high-quality program delivery through effective program management, scheduling, instructor and vendor coordination, and operational execution across all GlobalX offerings
Overseeing day-to-day program operations, managing instructors and vendors, coordinating logistics, and ensuring programs are delivered consistently, safely, and in alignment with GlobalX’s mission and strategic goals
Supporting enrollment growth, instructional quality, and participant satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Proven program coordination / project management experience with strong skills in organization, planning, and execution, ideally within a preschool to 12th-grade (PS–12) educational environment
Ability to manage multiple programs, schedules, and program logistics simultaneously
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize tasks with strong attention to detail
Proficient in database management systems, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.), and various communication platforms (written, oral, and digital)
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly convey and share information
Knowledgeable about current trends in Education, Arts, and Technology, auxiliary programming, and the Hawaii preschool to 12th-grade school landscape
Ability to collaborate effectively with departments, including academic offices, Business Office, Human Resources, and Communications
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university or college
2-5 years of related work experience in program coordination / project management / educational program management, preferably in preschool to 12th grade or enrichment settings
Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to manage not only program goals, stakeholders, and outcomes but also effectively managing the logistics of implementation
