Responsibilities
Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Assurance Plan for production of our company products
Benchmark, develop and implement inspection methods and procedures to meet quality objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality considerations into the entire project lifecycle
Participate in product testing during design and development cycle and support in product/process qualification
Interpret and analyze mechanical drawings with attention to details
Identify, document, and report defects or anomalies, working closely with cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues promptly
Facilitate meetings for Material Review Board (MRB) disposition
Support in internal and external audits
Execute in accordance with the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) requirements
Stay current with industry best practices, tools, equipment testing in our company system and quality assurance
Any other duties assigned by Supervisor
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse stakeholders
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
Strong interest in quality assurance, project coordination, and the related industry
Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintain high standards of quality
Demonstrated leadership abilities in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives
Possesses strong time management skills, excels under pressure, and demonstrates the capability to multitask efficiently within demanding timeframes
Ability to write technical reports
Flexibility and adaptability to take on new challenges and responsibilities
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings with knowledge of measuring equipment
