They are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to engage in core product development and customer-facing implementations, building applications on their platform while collaborating with customers to create scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

Scope ambiguous customer asks, prototype quickly, and iterate into stable customer deployments using Tailor’s platform
Engage with customers with our Forward Deployed Product Manager to understand the customer needs, and iterate into stable customer deployments using Tailor’s platform
Productize repeatable solutions, turning bespoke implementations into scalable modules for accounting, e-commerce, logistics, and other workflows
Build and ship production-grade features across our stack — from front-end UIs to backend APIs, integrations, and data models
Work with the founding team to shape engineering standards, developer experience, and platform architecture as we grow

Required

3+ years of experience
4+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack web applications in production environments
Proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL and React
Strong foundation in data modeling
API design
Ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability in production systems
Comfortable integrating with third-party APIs and external platforms across accounting, commerce, or logistics domains
Pragmatic engineer with a bias toward outcomes
Comfortable with ambiguity
Enjoy working with customers and turning complex operational pain points into smart, maintainable software
