Responsibilities
Participate in a structured rotational program, gaining exposure to various aspects of merchandise planning, including sales forecasting, inventory management, assortment planning, and financial analysis
Participate in a comprehensive onboarding program designed to ease the transition from academia to the corporate world, covering topics such as professional communication, time management, and company culture
Engage in sessions with executive leadership to gain insights into the company’s strategic direction and operational priorities
Be paired with an experienced mentor who will provide ongoing guidance, career development advice, and support
Be assigned an onboarding ambassador, a peer mentor, who will provide day-to-day guidance, answer questions, and help you navigate the initial stages of your role
Assist in gathering and analyzing data to support sales forecasts, inventory targets and merchandise financial plans
Partner with Category Managers to align merchandise plans with pricing, promotions, assortment strategies and space planning initiatives
Generate and distribute recurring business reports, highlighting insights and actionable recommendations
Maintain and update financial models and reporting tools to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information
Contribute to ad hoc projects by collecting data, tracking deliverables and reporting progress to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Obtain or be in pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. (August 2025 – May 2026 graduates)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, vlookups)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Interest in retail, merchandising, and pricing strategies
No previous pricing experience required
