Customer Service Specialist
CFS is a service organization with over 30 years of proven success in the industry, and they are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams. In this role, you will create positive customer experiences while supporting daily operations and strengthening long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact as a Customer Service Specialist, delivering professional and courteous service to customers
Answer inbound calls, schedule services, and respond to customer inquiries efficiently and accurately
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution
Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and documentation within internal systems
Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and support ongoing service relationships
Represent our client’s high standards for service excellence in every customer interaction
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in a customer‑facing role; experience as a Customer Service Specialist is strongly preferred
High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
Comfort using scheduling software, CRM systems, or similar tools
