This role is responsible for ensuring that all production and engineering activities are executed safely, efficiently, on time, and at the highest quality while collaborating across departments to deliver exceptional exhibit solutions.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Production and Detailing teams , ensuring accountability, quality, and on-time delivery
Own production workflows, schedules, and priorities to keep projects on track and within budget
Coach, develop, and motivate teams in alignment with Steelhead’s values
Partner cross-functionally with Estimating, Graphics, Warehouse, and Exhibit Services to solve production challenges
Oversee production safety, equipment readiness, and preventative maintenance
Drive continuous improvement by increasing efficiency and reducing waste
Serve as a key leader within the Operations team
Qualification
Required
2-year college or technical degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
Strong computer literacy with expertise in Autodesk, Adobe, and Office 365
Proven leadership experience in production, engineering, or detailing environments
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Flexible schedule required (may include late nights, weekends, and some holidays based on production demands)
Combination of office and production shop environment
Extended periods of computer work and standing/walking throughout the shop
Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and work around production equipment
Exposure to noise, dust, heat, and moving machinery
