Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across multiple HOA communities, ensuring high standards of efficiency and quality service
Conduct regular property inspections, identify maintenance needs, and implement effective solutions promptly
Supervise maintenance projects, improvement initiatives, and construction projects to ensure timely, within-budget completion
Build and maintain positive relationships with community board members, residents, and vendors
Serve as the primary liaison addressing resident inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring rapid and satisfactory issue resolution
Facilitate welcoming and onboarding processes for new residents, promoting community engagement and satisfaction
Maintain accurate and detailed records in Assembly’s digital platform, including meeting minutes, management reports, and work orders
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including familiarity with Davis-Stirling Act guidelines
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1+ year of direct HOA management experience
Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Familiarity with California HOA regulations (Davis-Stirling) is highly desirable
Proficiency with digital management platforms and comfort with technology solutions
Preferred
CMCA certification preferred; AMS certification is a strong plus
A proactive, self-motivated approach to management and problem-solving
