Partify is seeking a Supply Chain Systems Engineer to enhance their inventory, warehouse, and order management systems. This role involves supporting daily operations, analyzing workflows, and collaborating with the COO to ensure system reliability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Support the day to day operation of IMS, WMS, and OMS platforms

Analyze system workflows, dependencies, and data flows across inventory, fulfillment, and order management

Assist with configuring system rules, logic, and operational settings

Monitor inventory accuracy, order movement, and fulfillment performance

Identify system gaps, inefficiencies, and failure points and propose improvements

Help investigate and resolve system related issues using dashboards, reports, and operational data

Coordinate with 3PLs, vendors, and internal teams on system related topics

Support data integrity across systems and external partners

Assist in documenting processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures

Support internal teams through training and operational guidance

Partner closely with the COO on system improvements, scaling initiatives, and operational projects

Required

Background in supply chain, operations, industrial, systems, or manufacturing engineering

Experience working with IMS, WMS, OMS, or similar operational systems

Strong understanding of inventory management, fulfillment, and order lifecycles

Comfort working in system configuration tools and reporting dashboards

Analytical and process oriented mindset with strong attention to detail

Ability to troubleshoot complex operational problems across systems and partners

Clear communication skills and comfort working with senior leadership

Preferred

Experience with platforms such as NetSuite, Shopify, ShipBob, Manhattan, Skubana, or similar

Experience working with 3PLs or distributed fulfillment networks

Exposure to ecommerce, logistics, or physical operations environments
