Responsibilities
100% defense-side personal injury litigation
Handle sophisticated matters including:
Trucking and transportation accidents
Products liability
Premises liability
Manage cases from early investigation through resolution and trial
Prepare reports for insurance carriers and operate comfortably within client guidelines
Work closely with experienced trial lawyers in a collaborative, in-office environment
Qualification
Required
3–8 years of personal injury defense experience (flexible for the right profile)
Strong background in trucking, products, or premises liability
Able to handle insurance reporting and guidelines independently
Stable career history (this is not a role for job-hoppers)
Texas Bar admission required
Preferred
Laterals with a portable book of business of ~$750K+ are encouraged to apply
Book should be sufficient to support the attorney and at least one associate
