Responsibilities
Lead the overall finance function, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management
Partner closely with operations and ownership to improve financial visibility across equipment sales, parts, service, and inventory
Oversee multi-location financial reporting and consolidation
Strengthen internal controls, processes, and financial discipline
Qualification
Required
Senior finance leadership experience in a dealership business (CFO, VP Finance, Director of Finance or Senior Controller)
Experience in heavy equipment or adjacent industries (agricultural equipment, construction equipment, material handling, heavy trucking or related)
Demonstrated experience leading or supporting ERP system transitions in a growing business
Practical, commercially minded approach to finance leadership; ability to be hands-on when required
